About
With over 25 years in the Epicor ecosystem, I am an Epicor ECM/DocStar and Kinetic Financials Certified Consultant. I design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions that streamline how manufacturers actually work.
That foundation has not changed: financials, document management, AP automation, custom workflows, and integrations (REST, SQL, DMT, ServiceConnect), plus tools such as Mobile Warehouse, Avalara TaxConnect, and BarTender.
What is evolving is how I apply that experience. I help organizations move from traditional configuration and customization toward hybrid systems — a solid transactional core paired with intelligent agentic layers for exception handling, process design, and day-to-day decision support.
I do not treat AI as a bolt-on novelty. I design how agents and people work together on top of Kinetic and ECM so the system becomes more adaptive without losing control or auditability.
